I've got a Hurst short throw shifter from my 5 speed. Fits 91-94 s-series truck that had the 4.3 and new venture 3500 5 speed. I've got the shifter, knob, chrome stick, shifter boot, chrome insert, and trip peice around the base. I paid $170 from summit a few months ago. $80+ shipping and its yours. Made a big difference in shifts in my opinion. *shifter is not actually shorter. it is just as tall as the factory shifter. A shorter handle could easily be added in place.
