Thats a pretty hefty tire. Its a bit wider than stock. Thats where most of the rubbing will occur. Especially with the aftermarket wheels. Your best bet is to turn it all the way and measure. Allow some tolerance for bumps and such.

I'd guess 3" would be doable if you didn't mind some rubbing somewhere. That's just a guess. I'm not real familiar with the clearances of 2nd gen 4x4s.

those 18's are going to rub really bad when you are turning, i bet your tires rub when you turn at a higer speeds as it is now anyways, i wouldnt go with anymore of a drop than 1-2"s i would just remove the adjuster bolts and remove the second to top leaf spring it should look pretty good

nope, never rub and have never rubbed when i hit a bump at high speeds, they are the height as stock tires.

i bet they rub a little but you dont notice..thats a pretty damn big tire, i would go with a 40 series tire on those 18's AT LEAST if you go with a 3" drop..235/35/r18 would be best with a 3"+drop IMO

Alright, i got my whole kit today...I install the leafs tonight but i had to torch off the old u bolts and i snapped the bolts clean off the shock mount so tomorrow im off to get new shock mounts and new u bolts. I also need to get a two jaw puller for the front so that needs to wait till tomorrow too. But i installed the leafs successfully tonight so im happy. One question: The belltech kit came with 2 sets of red bumpstops. obviously one set front and one back. Does anybody know which one goes where? Im pretty sure the hexagon shaped pancake ones go on back and the others up front but if anybody knows for sure please let me know. Thanks.

IF you got new blocks then you got new u-bolts..

Don't you have bumpstops on now? Just look and see which fits the best.

No i didnt get new blocks. Im sure i would know if i got new u bolts or not thanks. I was lookin to get an answer from somebody who has done the kit before. Im not spendin 475 on a lowering kit and then just half ass it by "looking and seeing where it fits best".
