How much $ to shave Everything.

I am trying to figure out price's of everything to see what I want to do next.

How much would it cost to shave EVERYTHING! Door handles (two door) rear trunk, body lines, roof rack. Everything that can be shaved smooth. And I am not even about to tackle that job my self. I would have someone else do it for me. Any idea on estimates????

Doesn't matter how close they are, or how far they are.

I charge $850 for a huge job like that. It a pro shop, don't pay more than $1500 (with full primer job).

I don't know myself but I have alot of friends that due bodywork for there profession... I'll ask one of them.

But really to find out what it will really cost you is open the phone book and go down the list of body shops. ALL BODY SHOPS COMPETE, so after one day you should find your lowest bidder. but cheep isn't always best so go to the shop and check out there work first.

Blue's right, cheep isn't always best. Shops make quotes by estimated time spent on job, multiplied by $40-50. That means a higher price = more time spent on job = better job. But you have to check them out first.

I wouldnt try to find the best price, find a GOOD body shop, one that isnt just gonna fill all the seams and holes with 5 pounds of bondo, youll have a cracking body that you'll hate. Trust me, you get what you pay for!

    ok,

i got charged 3 hours for each door handle, 3 for the tailgate and another 2 hours for the inside latch job.

I'd guess 15 hours for the body lines, maybe more
