i personally wouldnt recommend the bosch platinum +4 plugs if you use a capacitive discharge system

thats what i had in my truck prior to the install, and MAYBE 200 miles later
i freakin burned the things out!

i put splitfire plugs in, and havent gone back since

I don't have the +4 plugs. Just the plain ol' regular bosch platinums. Much better than the OE AC plugs that were all crudded up.

I still need to get a job, though, so I can actually buy all this crap... Just having half a tank of gas makes me happy :D

Best thing I did for my TBI 4.3L was the Holley throttle body, it didnt' even kill my gas mileage either It was the best bang for the buck, I got mine through jegs.
    thats my .02 cents

    Exclamation MSD and Hypertech combo?

You said earlier that the 6AL MSD igntion has a rev limiter of 6000 rpms...i just installed a hypertech programmer and it raised my rev limit to 6000 rpms...if i got an MSD system, would it be wise to get the rev limit option just to make sure it doesn't go over 6000 rpms? or is it safe to get the 6A and not worry about it?
