Update: Want better braking for your 2wd??

This is a brake upgrade for nearly half the cost of a lower end Baer or Stainless brake kit.

It does push the wheels out using the belltech drop spindles. Exactly 1/4" inch over my djm drop spindles.

The part of the spindle that connects to the outer tie rod did change some. My rims were very close to the tie rod. So close I couldln't keep weights on it. With the belltech, I've got about a fingers width between them.

    Thumbs up

I got my truck aligned today with the 98+ belltech spindles. No problems with them Guy didn't even notice anything was different, other than them being drop spindles.

Brakes feel much better. Its been raining for ever here, so I haven't had a chance to really get on them too hard. Hopefully I can test them in a few days if it ever stops raining.

I did notice that the pedal was firmer, and more responsive hiting them harder from those stainless steel lines.

I took my drilled rotors off, because Im still waiting on my new brake pads. Im using the stock, used rotors and pads.

I could have done the upgrade for $325,complete. But, I added drop spindles, drilled rotors, stainless steel lines, etc.

Theres a guy on ebay that has them on there all the time. Thats where I got my set from.
