    Red face

Low Psi also said he could kick his tire and see the axle move to the side...something wrong there

Yes this kit goes against all traditional designs but if it was as bad as you think wouldn't they fix the problem? SSC might have dropped a dually or two in there time but I don't think they would sell a kit that was prone to lawsuits.

I might just buy one of these SSC kits to prove you guys wrong.

How many other company's sell a 2 link without a panhard bar?? Believe me, If the SSC kit was so great other companys would make one similar, but yet know one does. Hmmmm.

Yeah, exactly....LOW PSI said that _WITHOUT_ his panhard bar he was able to kick his tire and move the axle side to side. That is what was wrong...

Now that he has his panhard bar in place it does not move.

Hence the reason you need a panhard bar.

you know...with the tires/wheels mounted to a rear end, and the rear end setting on the ground, it would be awful damn hard to kick it and move it. Let alone it being installed in a truck.

The bushings were brand new...and urethane, which flexes much less than traditional rubber bushings.

If you actually read his post you will see where he said "with the truck jacked up off the ground". Therefore the axle was hanging freely.

Without a doubt the road will exert more force upon the axle while driving than you could by kicking/pushing the axle.... So if he could move it by kicking it, the road is capable of moving it even more....

Install Problem. I don't do things half assed or Wrong. I take my time and do them right. It is a piss poor design. If you want to be an asshole and make off the wall statements, with no experience with the matter at hand, thats fine with me. We are here being polite and trying to help. A couple of you in here being ignorant and not listing to what others have to say. Try it yourself and when you fall flat on your face we don't want to hear you crying.

As far as kicking the tires. The truck was in the air on jack stands . When you kick to wheel it will shift left and right. Like I said before Believe us if you want. Don't. I really could give 2 pieces of monkey craps what you do to your truck. Hell do us all a favor put it on your truck, then when your tire hits your fender and tears up your tire and bends your fender, Please make sure to get lots of pics. I'm always up for a good laugh.

1 more thing. All of you guys that thing this is such a great design: I haven't seen anyone answer my previous question. If it's such a great design how come others aren't manufacturing it? I don't recall seeing a patent number on there web site. Could it be because the design SUCKS!

If this design was so great, I'm sure others would have similar setups on there truck. Do any of you guys know anyone who has this same setup. Hmmm.

And yes Chypher is using that setup, but you will also notice he has plans to put a panhard bar on.

why is it people with only Extreme Blazers always argue?

Is it cause of the body kit makes you seem lower then you are ...and you know this so you feel you are not a true mini ?
