*New Pics* - Up and Down

Here are some pics I took today of my truck...I still need to cut down the front cups to layout the front, but I have now replaced the shocks in the back so the axle bottoms out in my 3" notch. I also swapped in a set of Slam Specialties RS-72 bags in the rear.

And now the pics... Please excuse my unlevel/downward sloping driveway... :D

She's getting shaved in the next few weeks...and I will be replacing the Dumbo ear mirrors with some Street Scene mirrors.

I'm also ordering a set of Katzkin Leather Seat Covers this week...

After that I have a couple other ideas for it (like a front end swap that I have all the pieces for now)...

Triangulated 4 Link with the bags mounted on the lower bars.

Here's a pic I took of the bags today...Not the best pic, but it's all I have right now...I know, it's dirty under there...I live on a dirt road...:D

I had to dish the side of my frame to make room for the 7" diameter air bag...

I don't have any right now, because it is still kinda ugly...:D

I will tell you though that I'm running a 12 Gallon AirLift tank, two Viair 450's and 10mm SMC valves. I still have my stock spare tire in the back, and the tank is mounted on a piece of white laminated wood on an angle. It takes up almost my entire cargo area...

I'll try to get some pics one of these days...

I'd really like to see some pics too as you have a simmilar setup as to what I will have.. I kinda want an idea of how it will fit where...

    I currently have
    1 12Gal 8 1/2 port air tank
    2 viair 450cs
    8 1/2" SMCs

I still need the rest of the goodies... bags, switches, guages, lines, under truck hardware...

Where did you run your airlines thought, front of hatch area or rear? I know the gas tank is under there or atleast on mine it is..

I ditched the spare.. I got a cell and AAA..

Also, your 4 link, I know you had to do some work to it, but what was it to start????

If you've ditched the spare, the tank will fit perfectly in the back. Because I still have the spare, my tank is at about a 30 degree angle (in respect to the back of the seats).

I ran the airlines up through the rear of the cargo area, just infront of the tailgate. There is a large hole there for your trailer wiring harness, and I ran 2 airlines and the power wires for my compressor through there. I ran the other two airlines through the plugged holes on either side of the truck in the rear.

My 4 Link was an unwelded "cantilever" kit from Jason at Suicidedoors.com. He sent me extra long bars so I could cut them to length, and I also added adjustable rod ends to one end of each bar. I tried runnint 2B6 Extended bags on the lower bars at first, but I had the mounts setup in about a 2.5:1 lever ratio, so the bags were not strong enough to lift it more than 4"-5"...So I replaced the bags with Slam Specialties RS-72's. This required me to dish the side of my frame rail to make additional clearance for the larger bags.
