I have hydros in my Sonoma. They are great, but the style of pump that I have is vented so it leaks from the filler. Other than that, they are leakfree.

If I had a Blazer on Juice, I would either mount the pumps under the truck or hide them in the back. That way if they do leak, it wont F**K up your interior.

Draggingblazer is right, use quality parts and take your time with the install.

    Good luck with your decision

    That is not 100% true.

I had mine ridin' like a Cadillac, but it wouldnt 3-wheel or hop. It was basically liquid bags.

I have yet to find the balance between ride and performance.
Right now it rides like it has square wheels.

I wonder why hydros don't come factory on any cars or trucks?

I play with hydros every day...on a forklift and they have a frequently nasty habit of springing leaks. I just love hydraulic oil everywhere!!!!!!!

Hydros are for machinery not suspensions.

You are very biast. I have bags, and regret it. Should have got juice from the get go. Hydros ride however you set them up, all it's adjusting is the spring mounting point. Depending on the spring (can be stock) and shock, it will ride however you want it to.

bags are better...i personally have neither but have been around both.....and bags are better.....hydros in general just dont look "clean" how nice can a set up be with a handfull of nasty batteries all over....And no matter how nice or carefull you are at some point your going to leak... with bags....its just air but with hydros it will be fluid. And you can hop and tear up just asmuch stuff with bags as hydros.

Batteries are to hydros as Giant air tanks and compressors are to bags.

They both have pros & cons. It is all in what you want to do with your adjustability.

Lets all just agree to disagree:bigthumb:

who says you cant three wheel with bags? you can three wheel just not standing. Giant air tanks are a thing of the past, there are tons of options for different air sources that can be hiden and stored with out being seen.

I've seen a bagged truck do a standing 3 wheel. I even have videos of it going around in circles. It has 4 firestone bags and no special dual chamber cylinders.

Funny how don't hate says he wished he got hydros. If you can't get your bags to ride right what makes you think you can get hydros to ride better. LOL

Who says my bags don't ride right? I have some of the fastest bags in my city.I'm just sick of not having enough air. Compressors are noisy, and they can catch on fire too. I like the playtime of hydros without having to pay $20 to fill my nitrogen tank. Bags can't threewheel as big, we all know that. In the back of my blazer I have limited room for tanks, and stereo if I want to use my seat. Also bags are more expensive after you buy nice compressors, and valves.

    WORD!!

If you break it down financially, A basic 2 pump setup is less expesive than a comparable Air setup.
