    lowering noises

sup guys. well i finaly lowered my blazer, did a 3/3 drop, took the bolts out in the front, and put 3" blocks in the rear. well my question is, its a 4x4, anyone else lower their 4x4? and well i need new rear brakes, but when i drive, my truck is makin a squeakin noise, and its very annoying. not sure if its just cause i need new brakes, but it stops somewhat when i apply the brakes hard. but when im rolling, its just squeakin really like like an old car and its annoying, cant figure out what it could be..i mean the rotors have rust from sittin for a week in the rain, but that was in march, not srue if that could be the reason...

well anyone else who lowered their 4x4 get this problem at all comin from the rear? let me know thanks

steve its bec u took the bolts out. now the bars arent techinally being held in so when u stop or stop hard the bars move around lil bit. mine did that till i put the bolts back in alittle bit.

thats prob what is wrong wit it. puttin the bolts back in wont raise it if u put them in just till they get tight enough.

well yeah i put the bolts bcak in a few, and the noises seemed to stop somewhat, just gonna give it another day or two and see what happens

measured it today, and noticed that the passengers side is 3/4 of an inch higher then the drivers side, and the back passengers side is 3/4 of an inch lower then the drivers side, i dont get it...

When i lowered my blaze 3 inches it creaked and shit for a few weeks, because the suspension was settling in... At least thats what i thought it was. Mine is a 1st gen 4x4 though.

Its probably just the torsion bars rubbing on the new stops, without the bolts.

ive found the problem i believe, i put the bolts back in, and it stoped for like a day, ive been in the need of new brakes for a while, and i figured thats gotta be the problem and alot of ppl are confirming that, plus i need new shocks, so im gonna replace the brakes, put in some billstiens and see what happens

i have a 2wd did a 3/3 and when i go over speed bumps it makes a nosie (like blowing in a bottle) on both sidessounds like bottoming out.. I tried removing rubeer bumpers and did same thing.. its somewhting to do witht he coil springs. but not sure what. I am using all belltech shocks, blocks and coils.. I sprayed some teflon in it and stopped.. but after a few days came back .. any idea on this..

keep in mind it doesnt do it when u are driving unless u go over bumps. (whne the front wheels go up and over and back down..)
