Not sure how much of a help this can be for you, but blazinlow has a Tech article on his notch in the "tech" part of his site maybe that could be of some help?

I know the frames are way different on a Blazer than an S-10, it curves out on each side right oer the axle, where the notch would go...

Anyway, Jason from suicidedoors.com has a really sweet lookin notch that will fit a 1st Gen Blazer.....

    Too bad t won't fit a 2nd Gen...

OK jason makes one. Its 80 bucks. Theres a post made by jason on this site and 91slammins15 has some install pics of it. THe hardest part is cramming the fuel lines into the space above the notch. So searth for that thread or pm slammin

OK Jason does make a notch for 80 bucks and it looks kick ass, but it does not fit a 2nd Gen, 2000 2 DR...

I have asked him several times... If it did, if buy one in a second...

I didn't design it, but from what I've been told, the 2nd Gen Blazer frame like I have, curves outward on each side right above the axle. It makes it a pain in the ass to cut right and make a peice that fits it right...

    But I dunno...
