    hello new to the site

hello i just found this site through a friend that was just surffing the net and decided to join because i am in the process of building a v8 jimmy myself. i looked around and though that this was a respectable group of mechanics and inovators that i could possibly question with ideas and problems.

    Thanks Jeremy

What all are you doing to the V8 you're putting in your Jimmy?

No I mean like what modifications. Like what kind of pistons, heads, cam, etc. Also what kind of specs.

Catching Second, you missed it. He posted most of that already.

all that and a two barrel huh? why? You think 500cfm will feed that motor?

Yea, I'm with stupid.. I mean highvoltage. I don't think, IMO, that a Holley 500cfm 2 barrel is enough to feed the engine. Step up to a Holley 650-700 and I think you'd see a lot better performance.
