Now your talkin! That's exactly what I did to get my 18" ZO6 Vette rims to fit on my 4x4 '89 GMC Jimmy 4.3 after I finally fixed the the camber to zero with a 7 1/2 " drop on the front and 9" in the rear. I took 'em up about 4" to the body line then hid the rough steel under Infinty 4x4 (Toyata, same thing). Too bad I can't just order 20"x10" dually style rims with the 4 3/4" on 5 bolt pattern. That would be the only way I could tuck on the front without negative camber at such a low ride height. 20"x10" with 12" of backspacing. Now that's what I call a "custom offset"!

As for the 14" question, ??? I can see liking a 15x10" with some 225/50SR15's stretched over them sticking way out. But with a 215/60R14 being the smallest sidewall you can buy for 14's why bother? A 205/50R15 on a Camero rim is actually shorter than the smallest 14" tire your gonna find. About 23" tall. If you don't care about ride quality ther's better yet; 16x8" IROC's wrapped in 205/40ZR16 rubberbands. IMO if you're runnin N E thang bigger than a 50 series side wall you're muddin!

ya id love to have a set of zq8's, but i already have some American Racing rims that are i think pretty badass, the SNIPER, i love em, they just need some smaller tires to accent them till i do some other stuff to my car, i would LOVE to have some 35 or 40 series tires that would fit my 15's and still tuck, like 235 at the widest, 15x7.5 rim

Yea, I used to like those rides when I first got into low riding.... Back then I had a 79 Buick Regal with 13 Wires.. I could push a sida can with my front bumper.. Wore off that black urathane peice commin outta the driveway...

I think that was like around 1987, 88,89 or something...

Then I decided I wanted to take it to the next level...

I hate to say it, but I still like lookin at those, just don't think I'd want one...

When they are lifted on the 13's they look like u could push'em over and breeak something...

Each to his own though, thats what makes this sport so Cool....
