    Rollpan info

    anyone here put a rollpan on their 98 + blazer? im in the middle of doin it to mine, and need some help/advice, i got the body kit and rear put on, but the rollpan we were havin problems with, even with the frame cut, it still was not able to be bolted on, and was 1 inch too long, does anyone know who would make a pan for a blazer, besides raw, or has anyone put a pan on theirs, and help me out, thanks fellas

    ok slammed? not to be rude but thats not helpin hehe, sorry, im ripped, deal wit me, yeah henry cut my side pieces, but its the rollpan itself thats not workin, it was 1 inch too long, and it wouldnt bolt on with the curve of the tailgate, so i either have to get rid of my shaved sides and get s10 rears, or find someone who makes rollpans

    you can trim the roll pan then try lining it up and see how that goes, mine is all one off peices even the roll pan

    it just seems like too much work for somethin thats not worth it, but im gonna try, thing is its already painted. i gotta cut like 1/4 inch off each side, notch the top so it bolts on, and notch the plate box because it hits the frame, even when the frame is cut down to the springs.

    the rollpan was the only piece i couldnt test fit, i was goin by word of the company, and the body shop said it looked right, it was labeled for a 98 blazer, but shit happens

    steve they dont make a roll pan for a 98 blazer so it couldnt be labeled for that...only raw makes one

    nah actualy godfather, sir micheals, chasis tech, fbi they all make a pan for a 2nd gen blazer, i just chose chasis tech(AIM) and got dicked over

    well theres ur prob, you got something from AIM...didnt derrick get his bag parts from there? same reason his bags took 3 months to work?

    Are you saying the pan is too wide?? a gm factory pan will fit cause i tried it.

    yeah its 1 inch to wide, if gm made a factory rollpan for a 98 blazer, id buy one,but i havent seen one, if u know somethin i dont, share teh wealth

    A GM factory roll pan for S10 trucks will work, the Sir Mike's works great, hell you can even mod the 95-97 bumper to work as the roll pan.

    heres a thought...instead of makin ur own and running into probs, should have bought the raw pan....looks alot cleaner and nicer lookin....and its made to fit.
