this measuring with the front laid out already? cause if the front is laid the whole angle of the frame is different and therefor less of a space between frame and ground. also the notches arent going to be only 2 inches like the ones from pik fabrications

You guys are right about the measurments NOT adding up to being able to lay the ass on the fround without cutting the floor. Like a few other guys on here, I dont give a fuck. I'm going to make a good attempt at it, and we'll see what happens. Trying to get the full primer job out of the way first. i'll keep you guys posted, and have pics up the day of the paint.

you can do it you just have to custom make the notch yourself, with the front on the ground and the back on frame leaves 3 inches. so with a 3 inch notch you ill lay. that leaves about 1/2 to an inch of frame left and you support it so its not as weak. it can be done and will be done to mine of friday i will have pics to prove. yes slim u and me will prove everyone. :bigthumb:

Your supporting the rear half of your truck, including probably a 20 gallon gas tank, with a 1/2 frame rail? I'm worried about mine when I do a simple c-notch.

I was looking under my truck today and I'm already hitting my driveshaft when my rear bottoms out. My frame isn't even notched & still have my bump stop mounts with the stops cutdown. There is definately no way my 4dr is laying frame without some serious body modification.

i took out my bumpstops and hav only put in 2in spindles in teh front. my ass end is 4 inches off. when i drop before i pt the spinldles in my back was 6.5 inches off. bit difference already wit teh whole length of the frame. when i drop another 7inches in the front the back will only be about 3 inches off. 3 inch notch and there ya go. layin frame. ive seen it done one 2 blazers in person. also i have 17s. which have almost the exact same diameter as 15s with 205/55/15 they are very close. and one of those blazers had 18s. LAYING FRAME STOCK FLOOR. dont say it cant be done.

Laying until that weak notch breaks in half. I bet those trucks barely lay out. Rail it a few times & it probably won't lay anymore.
