the bottom ones can be a pain my are rusted on and whoever changed it before broke a blot on one side that comes off the plate that mountes to the bottom of the leafs so they drilled it out and put a bolt on it made it hard for me to tighen one of the U bolt bolts when i did my blocks so when i change my stocks im gonna order 2 new of those plates from the dealer

I've busted those studs off before. I soaked both of them for about an hour before trying to bust them off. Still had a hell of a time even with a breaker bar. After busting them loose, they came off pretty easy.

The bottom nut I had to use a torch to get it to break lose even with a breaker bar and a 4 ft pipe. Best way to get the tops off is to have someone hold the wrench on top and use a long ass extension on an impact.

if they're "Red Ryder" gabriels, take em to autozone and pretend you're the dude who bought em and exchange for new ones... they're lifetime warranty =)

I've had to change both of the bottom bolts on everything I work on b/c they twist off so easy. Just go to Lowes and get a long enough bolt. Then Grind off the old one, drill out the plate (you've gotta take it off to do this) and weld the new bold in and grind the head down some... Good as new.

ok got a question guys, i was wanting to get a strong airshock to get out of having to use a frame notch, I thought all those air shocks like gabrial and whatnot were all to high of a profile, can you get them any length???

2, i thought you had to have like 150psi to fill them? i can go to 125 only i think., (id do the so way as phat with the fill at valve stem)

Keep in mind this is on my nova, but at about 110 psi my shocks are rock hard, you can jump on my bumper and the only thing that flexes in my tires. So umm yea most shocks arent rated past like 150 or something
