Ok WTF. I figured since I had my truck torn apart,it'd be a good time to swap coils. I swapped out mine for 3" drop from Belltech, and its sitting 28.5 with 225/40/18's, up from 25 3/4. ITs been sitting a week like that, with the weight of the v8, and hasn't changed. Im gonna pull them out and cut them. I want is sitting around 26 1/2- 3/4.

DRIVE IT FIRST!!!! After I did the 4/6 drop on my full size Chevy it took about 2 weeks for the front end to settle down the last 2 inches.

I'll drive it as is for about a week, until I get the clutch and pressure plate broken in and seated properly. If its still there, the air tools are coming out.

yeah I got spindles. I'm not so much worried abou the ride, it was sitting with about 1/2- 3/4 of suspenion travel. It road ok, I just can't deal with it bottoming out on the express way, or just about any little crack in the road for that matter. I need better suspenion travel for hihg speed handling.

WEll, she's down to 27". Now if it would continue another 1/2 to 3/4 I'd be happy.

I noticed some of you have 5" drops and are 27.5" from ground to top of the fenderwell.I have a 3" drop using 1" coils and 2" drop spindles and am 27.5" from the ground to the top of my fenderwells also my tires are 225/45/17 why do I have the same height as the guys with 5"drops. Is it because of tire size?

All those guys have taller tires than u. Your tires are about 24.9. Most of them were running tires around 26.5 to 27" tall. That will most likely make up the difference. Truthfully, I'd rather be sitting higher, with less fender gap, then really low with a lot of gap.
