    WARNING to all!!!!! Rayflex paint is junk!

    Man ole man, Im soooo fucking pissed right now! If I could get near paintforcars.com on ebay I would woop his ass for days!

    this is a warning to all NEVER buy paint from ebay EVER!!!

    I painted my truck june/july off 2003 and today I got my new rollpan in the mail so I went to go and test fit it and I noticed some paint chiping away, and so I rubed my hand down it and ALL of the paint flaked off!!!!! so I started looking and I can see spider crackes all over my truck! MY TRCUK IS SOOOOOOO FUCKED!!!
    I have no idea how in the fuck I can get all of this paint off to spray some good paint on it.

    my god this sucks, I have a show in 5mos and then this shit happends!


    WTF can I do????

    I guess I have to send my bed, doors, fenders, hood off to get beed blasted I donno god im fucked!!!!

    mine held up perfect, through 2 summers and 1 winter.
    I wouldent have guessed this would happen in a million years.

    It just did this in the last week. It's been super cold her (about 20F) and I guess it just froze the paint and cracked it all to hell

    yup that would be it, The paint sprayed soo perfect and seemed so good then just all of a sudden it just took a crap. Im talking in like 1week it went from perfect to pure shit

    damn man, that sucks. When you painted it, did you sand it down to bare metal? I know rayflex paint has to be applyed to baremetal for it to really attach good. Thanks for the warning tho, I've thoguht about getting rayflex paint for a while, not anymore tho.

    Was the paint job ever in an oven or was it just spray and go? if its not properly set in an oven i could see it flaking off in the cold. At least to my understanding...

    it dont have to be sprayed in a baking booth... a baking booth just hepls it cure faster..
    91 s10 blazer, 4 door, everything shaved and cadillac tailights, bagged on some 18x8 inch billet specialties, working on bodydrop and gettin paint...

    92 s10 blazer white, dropped 4-5, 18 inch billets, street scene mirrors
