thanks. hopefully we will get the upper bars in by the end of this weekend. tubing is getting bent as I type. I put in an order for all my new bag stuff this morning from suicidedoors. Once the 4 link is done, the frame will probably be rolled outside while i wait for the rest of the suspension to be built by Byondsic and the SD stuff to get here. there are a couple customer vehicles coming in for air installs soon, so shane needs the floor space anyways.

ok got some more done today. having an issue with the angle of the upper bars, might have to get some longer tabs made for the x-member. anyways, here it is.

trans x-member and mounts. just need to drill some holes.

i know the angle of the uppers sucks. i am getting longer tabs for the crossmember that will hopefully remedy the situation. the bars are not welded in that pic, just sitting until i figure out what to do.

yeah the exhaust will run through there. its 1/8th wall 3" OD tube, so i can get away with 2.5" exhaust, which is fine with me.

rolled it out this weekend. motor still needs to be all squared up, and 4 link is all just tacked in. Pinion angle is 2 degrees at ride height, 0 layed out and 3 degress at 12" lift, so i think the 4 link is OK as it is.

not sure what else will happen this week since its outside and there is a paying customer in the shop for an air install on a fullsize...

surface rust is no good, but at least its not more than that.

fullsize is wrapping up now. just need to do the finishing touches, which shane should have done by the weekend. then it will be back for a notch cover and tubs in the back very soon.
shane wants to get some work done on his sonoma now too, so i won't do too much cuz i'll be working outside most likely, but thats alright. gives me a chance to finish up with school for the year.
