Anyone Running the AIM Blazer notch?

I swore I'd never order from aim again...but they've allegedly got a bolt in notch for the blaze...anyone using it? Is it any good at all? I kinda makes me sick to think that they might actually get my money, but the notch is only 89 bucks...

That sounds pretty good doesn't it? Let's not over look the infamous shipping & handeling charges they do apply to every order. By the time those pieces of steel show up to your door, I'm sure you will have paid around $140.
See what PIK has to offer for blazers, or what it will cost to have something fabricated.

lol...no shit. Yeah, I've had the misfortune of dealing with them in the past. I'll probably pick up the notch frum Ultimate customs. 160 shipped isn't too bad, and they're a bit more reputable.

BTW Slow, that notch looks pretty good:bigthumb: thanks for the pic

how big is that notch, i mean how much more clearance do you get with it? i got and idea that involves using that notch to lay frame. its to hard to explain but it may just work. muahahaha! may work may not. it involves moving the notch higher up so it would be like a bigger notch than what it really is. i will have to look and see if it can be done,.

    Subtotal: $89.00
    Shipping: $22.77
    Total Purchased: $111.77

 That would be the total to have it shipped to Jersey

Is it just me or is anyone else having driveshaft problems? Right now my driveshaft already rubs the floor of my truck with no notch at all & I don't even have the bump stop brackets cutoff. There is no way I could notch my frame at all without notching the floor for the driveshaft. This is on a '93 4dr.

nope...I've still got a couple inches. I think it's because you've got a 4-door and that crossmemeber over the driveshaft. You'll definatley hafta notch the crossmemeber if you go any lower.
