    89 chevy s10

    MOTOR

    -383 small block
    - 8-71 weiland blower
    - 2 750cfm carbs

    TIME

    10.023@149mph / 823wph@18lbs of boost

A lot of people go way overboard with putting to big of a carb on and it runs like shit. My first thought was 2 750cfm's was too much. After seeing the 1/4 mile time and HP I'd say you did just fine.

Interesting, but check your spark plugs with only a single Holley blue fuel pump at 823 HP

i like the cowl look still but i hate the fact that im gonna have to chop a hole in it , and if anyone has a pair of doors for sale let me know. PIR wont let me race with a pull cable from the inside for my doors anymore :(

with an older truck i think it might be easier just to run new wiring, ordrer up a painless gm kit with the accs you need. it would be your best bet instead of trying to wire it all up.

they come complete with fuseblock and all the wiring labeled

Painless has a 12 circuit (10101) or 18 circuit (10201) for Gm keyed columns and if is it's full blown drag, we have a 12 Circuit & 8 Switch Roll Bar Mount Panel (50002, 50003). Those are just some options to maybe think about
