    Blazers And 22s.. No No

the more i look at the 22s i got, the more i start liking them..

so im rollin on em today.. pimpin the hell outta some 22s on a blazer..

    and all of a sudden

my front end starts hoping.. like im hittin switches.. and its funny, cuz i dont have switches yet lol..

so my truck dies, and rolls to a stop..

i TRY to open my door, but it only opened a little..

well... outta 5 of my studs on my hub, 3 broke completely off, and the other 2 bent..

The tire was stickin halfway out from under my fender.. ya.. the fender was sittin on the tire..

time for a new fender, door, airdam, fog lights, wheel studs, side skirt..
    No Fo Do Luv

My blazer has become more of a s10 with a humongus box in it.. i cant remember the last time the backseats were used!

one day you people will lurn, when you do a huge ulgy rim you need to upgrade your brakes/rotors to a larger size or things like that will happen, stock parts can not take that much added forse on them

    I'll trade for 22's also...

and what does brakes being upgraded have anything to do with the wheel coming off because the lugnuts and lugs weren't properly torqued?

some of you people are morons..

it wasnt the lug nuts that came off.. it was the studs.. the lug.. theres a millions reasons why my stud could have been weakend.. thats all it is..

and i found out today that stock studs are ok, you just gotta hope that moron at discount tire doesnt cross thread the nuts

if the rims arent the right size for your hubs it will put all the weight on the studs, which is why they would break. the wheels have to be hub centric.

Well, the vast majority of times that a wheel comes off, it's due to the lug nuts not being properly torqued down, or retorqued after a set amount of miles have been placed on the rim. The lug nut being slightly loose places pressure on the stud and only the stud, causes it to start wobbling, the others fail, and the wheel comes off. I don't know what would cause the studs to pull through the rotor or axle flange unless one of the lugnuts pulled off and the wheel wobbbled... or you had the wrong size rims. Crossing the threads.... another reason why you should always check other people's work.

And for the moron comment, I'm not sure who you're aiming it at, but if I was one of the intended targets... I'll leave you with this.

When I put my 20's on... they stayed on.
