I got some rubber spacers... I only need about an inch... they were like less than 10$ each... So I will open one and see if it amke ne difference... If it does I will use them and if it doesnt Ill return the other one and get some new springs from the wrecker.

I threw the rubber spacers in today.. and I dont think they made any difference. They are not really tight even when the suspension has some load on it. I will try to wedge them up higher in the coils.

Other then that here is my dilemma, I have 3" drop blocks in the back that I chopped in half. I have rear dearched leafs but I dont know how much im thinking 2-3" 's. They came on the truck when I got it. I have 2" drop spindles upfront with groundforce drop coils that im not sure what size they are and I cut approz 2" 's off.

The rear of the truck is fine now and make it over speed bumps etc. The front scrapes like a bitch its just to low.

    1. I can go buy some new drop coils but im not sure what size I should get... I guess I want the same chassis height as the rear.

    2. Are air shocks at all a possibility to I only need and inch or 2.

my ride height to my fenders is approx 25.5" 's in the back and 24.5- 25" 's in the front

    Running 225 50 r15

Thanks and sorry for all the questions

man do you have any pics of how the truck sits now?
as for you wanting to go back up 2" I would just go to the junkyard and get some stock coils and start over, but the front usually hits even if the back don't when you go real low.

    mpeace,

The thing is used coils from the junker are $70 canadian and drop coils are just over $100. I can see the truck rubbing a lil bit... but its a little to much for comfort. I will get you a picture hopefully today.

if coils at a junkyard is that high there then you could just buy new 3"drop coils and be done with it. You must have some big speedbumps or it is real low. But pics would help to see what you are talking about.

I pushed the spring rubbers down further into the springs and it did absolutely nuthing.

I found some springs at a wrecker for 45$ canadian or I can get drop coils for just over 100.

Here are a couple of pics.

yeah the first pic looks to low for a daily, all the rest are red X's.

I would go with a 3" drop up front since it is your daily.

you had 2" drop coils anyways did you not?
and you wanted to go lower so you cut 2" off them and now it's to low so I wqould go with 3" coils up front

I am not sure what coils they were. They were drop force I believe, but they came with the truck. The guy before me was running the same rims with lowering control arms and those springs I believe. I bought the spindles and did it right. Thats why im not sure... get the 45 $ junker springs cut them ... get 3" coils.. hopefully there right ...??

The other pics should be up now.
