edelbrock carries them like BIGBADRAT said, but also edelbrock is the only company that I know of that carries chrome valve covers that fit the 2.8 and 4.3. just a lil' thought if you wanted too know:smoker:

so, basicly what you guys are telling me is that i should just keep the krap under the hood and concentrate on the 350 sitting in my 2wd frame.....

you could get an intake with a 4bbl, I suggest like a 500, but it will suck more gas then you need too for a 2.8 to me. But if you want I say go for it. but you can get the manafold for the 2bbl and get more power than stock PLUS you can get rid of alot of wires you wont need any more.

well from what im hearing and seeing, its just gonna be throwing money out the door...the truck is a 4x4 now, but i have a 2wd frame that is boxed smoothed and narrowed in the rear. ive already started a 350 in that frame, so i think im just gonna finish it and switch frames. thanks everybody!!!

You think we pulled those parts out our ass?

    Go to http://www.edelbrock.com/
    Click on Automotive
Click on side panel were it says INTAKE MANIFOLDS
    Click on Small Block Chevrolet
and tell me what the FIRST motor is on the list...
and what parts can you get...

You can also find exhaust systems for the 2.8....

hey m8w6r77, what kind of sound do you get with those edelbrock headers? I was planning on getting those and having dual exhaust with two 40 series flowmasters. Will this give me the sound of a V8?

Also, with all of those parts that you have, is it pretty fast?
    Good Bye Blazer
