I know it's been a while, but what ever happened with this?

I'd like to know also. I gave up and put the old school fiberglass kit on mine.

I'm getting back into this and trying to get my 4-door cladding done before August...

So there are some imperfections but nothing major.. Mostly learning curve type things..There are some spots in the molds where its difficult to get the cloth close to the gelcoat.. I just need be more aware of that and more careful in those areas.. These parts are more than good enough though and will definitely be used on my truck.. :)

I like it. I wish I could make something like that for mine. I still want the typhoon cladding but the money's not there for it.

They will mount exactly as the stock pieces do.. I made metal jigs that bolt to the back of my molds and allow me to re-produce the tabs just like the stock parts have...

That's pretty cool. Is this a cover or is it a bumper?

It could be either.. That all depends on how thick I lay it up. I am going to lay it up thick and incorporate stock style mounts for the bumper itself, turn signal lights, and fog lights. That way I don't have to mold and reproduce the stock support as well.. I'd prefer it all be one piece anyway..
