    Performance for a 4.3

    I have a 94 4.3 vortec motor. I want to do a full ground up rebuild. What internals, manifold,headers, tranny shift kit, and so forth would be best to go with??

    AGREED- For under $1300 you can have a very motor friendly and safe nitrous set-up like me-

    As for crank- i would go w/ a Cryo-treated stock crank or a Nitride Sy/Ty crank-

    Rods- Crower (dunno length because i dunno what compression you want)

    Pistons- Diamond

    Stage 3 Machperformance Heads

    Custom dynotune

    WARNING 4.3L WEEKEST POINT- FUEL SYSTEM AND INTAKE MANIFOLD-

    The only way to cure this is- an edelbrock 2114 intake manifold and have one of the 3 or 4 guys on s10forum.com custom make you an EFI set up on the baby- use 42lbs accel injectors and your ready to go- Here is a picture-

    FLP stage 4 or 5 4l60e and a 12-bolt rearend- Then you can put turbo/ or a s/c, or alot of nitrous on the bitch-
