Ok got the pics, sorry for the wait, as you can see its stupid simple. I did it back when i was a little boy in high school and didnt have a clue what the hell i was doing. I would have done alot cleaner of job if i were to do it now, other than that....it works!

Im not understanding this you drill a hole thru the crossmeimber and put a bol t thru it hows that lower it I'm lost i feel like a retard lol

I understand now that I've read it for a second that's the same hole I stuck my fingers in to feel how far adjustment bolt is backed out, correct?
any updates on this?
