All the gauges still work, but when I turn my key, everything acts normal, but if I turn my key off then on, the dash stuff no longer works until I start it. And when I try starting it, the dash acts like I just turned the key on.. Sad thing is I have no idea how power is getting back to it :(

You have to watch though doing that. I don't know about older TBI settups like this but in anything with OBD II when you take the throttle to wide open before cranking and hold it there while you crank, it will not start. It's some kind of a fail safe/test mode in case you need to crank it without it starting up.

I do know that this worked on the 1991 TBI 350's I worked on that were in Chevrolet work vans. But like I said, I'm not sure about it being in all OBD I stuff.

Toals, I got it today but the connection was wrong. I didn't open it, I just looked through the packaging. The connection shape was correct, but there was a prong in the middle and on the left side, on mine I need a prong on the left side and on the right side. I can draw a diagram if you want. But I already shipped it back to you, and forgot to put my other sensor in with the packaging.. sorry. But thanks a lot for sending it. Might be there by monday, but I don't know if they transit on sundays or not.

    Still need an exhaust system.
But I installed the sensor and tried starting it, but the starter sounded like it was dying, so I checked 2 other starters I had and both were bad... changed the computer to a different one i got from the junkyard and no luck, so I charged the battery (just charged it so I figured it should have been charged still..) and turned it over and it started. So I'm not really sure whether or not it was the sensor or not. :(
I've been really busy with small crap here and there and trying to find a job, but I'll go downstairs right now and find a box for those mounts and get that shipped today. Sorry it's taken me almost a week. I have a video coming of my truck running and how crappy it idles (with timing adjusted, my dad said it was because of the corvette cam), just waiting on my friend to get a firewire cable.
Thanks again Toals. Should I hook the crappy computer back up and see how it runs?
