    its a 4" hood. I picked it up for 175 bucks. Ya.. gold old new england. Eats up s10's like their going out of style. I am slowly plugging away at it though. Not sure if I am going to have the stripes go down the back yet.

    this is a very interesting project i have something very identical 90 4x4 but im keeping the 4.3. im interested to know if the 350 is just a stock one out of anothre vehicle or if it is biult by you or someone else?

    it has a stock tbi 350 out of a 89 chevy van. 290 horse. I plan on buying a GM crate 350 from summit. and picking up an edelbrock intake and cam set up to go with the tbi plus a set of headers.

    what the HP number. I have a chevy small block suffix book. it is the factory engine ID code book. tells you when and where the dngine was made. What it came out of. what tranny was bolted up to it. Induction, horse power, intake and RPO #. i hav had the book for years.
    actualy I was mistaken. it is 210 horse. sorry.... sorry.. dont hit me.... again!!!:rofl:

    haha, thats cool. I knew there wasnt a stock tbi pushing almost 300 so i was just curious.

    actually summit racing sells a gm crate engine pushing 290 horse. 1300 bucks. thats wwhat I will be getting. then adding some goodies to it.:bigthumb:

    now that I start my new job tomorrow. When I have income again. things will start happening.:bigthumb:

    next. new door, seats, grill, front bumper, fan, headers, 2wd transmission, tires & rims, and carpet & headliner.

    which one? is it the one on tryon street in north charlotte? i sometimes go there..
