Threy're within 3% of each other in rolling radius, marginal match but several SyTy folks are running this combo. Looks great, but launch grip is poor.
no the C5 vettes run 275/40/18 245/45/17's... and thats the old ones the new ones run a 19/18 combo im not sure what tires...

A 275/35/18 265/40/17 combo would make for less than a .2 inch difference or 0.7 percent which would work forever without a problem...

the ss rims i got are 9" wide i think some of the vette rims are 9.5" wide , the only problem i have is at full turn the inner lip on the rip sometimes hits the upper control arm a little . thats only if im doing like a u turn with the wheel cranked all the way , otherwise not a problem

I still need some rims, just have been spending my money on other stuff on the vehicle, rims should top it off nicely...

    I'm thinking of buy these.

    boss 316's

    20x8.5 +40 offset 4 3/4 bolt pattern

They should fit fine since i'm only going to be lowering it 3" to keep the 4x4. We'll see.

i like wheels with a lip on them but those look like some pretty sweet wheels. i have the boss 304's right now, theyr 9in wide, and about 2in of that sticks out in the front. you said those wheels come in 40mm right? that shouldnt stick out to much in the front on a 4wd right?

I still have to sit down and do the math, but from what I've heard they won't stick out very much. The 316's are $700 for a set of 4 on ebay.

Veritas, how far do your wheels stick out from the edge of the body-- front? rear?

I'm doing some measurements on some wheels that I might buy but the offset is a little lest than your vette wheels. I'm trying to figure out how far they will stick out.

the backs look perfect theyre flush dont stick out at all... the fronts on the other hand while not noticable really they do... if i was to drop the truck till the fender touched the tire there would be about 3/4 inch stickin out or so... bout as wide as your hand turned on its side...

Kinda an older post but the newest one that came up though the search btn....i got a new set of c5 Z06 wheels

    Front: 17x9.5 7" Backspacing
    Rear : 18x10.5 8" Backspacing

for 250 bucks (I work for a pawnshop)

and was wondering if i got a 4x4 this winter if they'd fit?

anyone know? I've seen the ones answered for the 9.5 not the 10.5

They'll bolt right up, but you will have to trim some on the a-arms and the bump stop brackets to avoid interference at full steering lock. You also have to cut about 3/4 inch off the end of the axle stubs to get the front center caps on. Lots of SyTy folks running that wheel combo. No interference problems in the rear.
