    Trying to get fast N/A

okay so i already have intake/cat-back exhaust,e-fans and pullies- and i need to get faster N/A to help out on the spray-

    My ideas-
    4.10 gears
    2800stall w/ tranny cooler
    MSD inline fuel pump
    JBA wires
    MSD 6 Plus and coil
    Headers/2.5" y-pipe with electric cut-out
AEM intake w/ CFM-tech throttle body
    Tires- for sure
    .490 over boost valve
    Electric water pump

    Then A-
    Tune for 125shot of nitrous

    Anyone have any other suggestions?

If you're going to spray make sure your converter has an anti-ballooning plate.

this is what i was gonna tell you to do, only a stock compression with a 2114 intake conversion

yeah getting a 2800stall w/ Lock up and anti ballooning plate :)

BTW stock stall is 2000- + it will still be driven quite often so i cant have a 3400stall which is the biggest they make i might go 3000 @ most

if you are spraying go with a lower stall. the extra torque of the N2O will make the converter stall higher. The best way to gain more power N/A is more cube IMO.

Maybe I'm missing something, but what the hell is the overboost valve for if you're running N/A with some spray?

It's a valve in the valvebody of the transmission to increase line pressure, which in turn creates quicker and firmer shifts, increasing the life of the tranny and clutches.
If you're after that much power, your trannys going to need more than just the .490 boost valve. Just get a complete shift kit, you'll be happy to did, and so will your tranny.
I used the Transgo "shift improver kit" which corrects all the known issues these trannys have, and it still adds a lot more pressure, firmer shifts, and longer life. The kit's only like $30, but the install is NOT a minor project. Above that you can get one or two levels higer of a shift kit from Transgo as well. You can find them on EBay or any tranny shop.
    Just my $0.02.

Buddy of mine has an old Monte, with a hot 350, and a 3400stall. Quite Streetable for my tastes, the Goats getting a 32-3400stall.

Streetablity is different for everybody though.
