I also think those rims are gay and should have been left on the shelf for cutlass owners.

Other than that everything else looks bad ass.

Lot of haters on here....just wait and see. When they get back from Slammin and Jammin they are going to go full throttle on this thing. Keep the 'trailer' comments to yourself until he gets the air management all setup.

Give him a chance to back-up his comments.

I like how some people are thinking its a big deal that he's running 24s out back like it was some enormous amount of work...his wheel/tire combo is the same size as my 22" wheel and tire combo on my truck, a little over 29" tall.

To me its pointless...not only did he spend a shit load more money per tire than a nice 22" would have cost, there is virtually NO protection for the rim running a 25 series tire.

And I too hope that is not all the lift he can get out of the rear, look at the pics of my truck lifted completely...Kyle got the rear to completely untuck the wheel and tire

i totally agree. and PERSONALLY, i could care less about untucking rim in the back, if i wanted that, i would have lifted my truck. i bagged it so i can roll LOW and TUCK as much rim/tire as possible. not see how much lift i can get. i get enough to clear any obstacle that i need to clear. and speed bumps are about it, i aint tryin to fuck up my rims or tires, and trying to go over anything else, will probably do that

but like SoLoud said, the 24" rim and tire is the same as the 22's, so its not much more work at all. just spendin the $$$
but im still glad SOMEONE is doin 24s, i want to see someone do 26's on a mini, just to piss everyone off and say its stupid. i love it when people argue over pointless shit. :bigthumb:

no ever said it wasnt impressive. people can have negative opinions on things. Personally I love it, but not everyoen has to agree with me. stop saying there are haters on here or people dont respect the work. Everyone respects what they want to respect so relax. If you like the work and the way it looks, then thats all that should matter to you, dont worry about other people.

and I have to say in the last few months alot of people over on s10forum and a few other sites have been fitting 22's on the front and rear and its almost becoming normal. At least once a week now on either here or s10 i see someone putting on 22s all around or a 20/22 combo. Eventually 20s wont be that big of a deal. Just like wheels and eslcades. I remember when escalade line came out people were throwing 20s on them, now they are trying to fit 28s. Its all about who can go bigger and better...thats why wheel companies stay in business.:bigthumb:

The whole point I am trying to make is that these guys are doing something that VERY few others have done...so far. I have not said a single word about how hard it is to lay on a 24. As I have said before, there will be alot of dimes rocking 24's with the new rubberband. These guys are just some of the first to wear them on a bd'd dime platform.

And???? If your trying to impress us with something you, i mean your friend is doing then congrats now drop it. Im gearing up to build a 67 4 door dually so should i get all my friends to whore up forums and build me up? Should i get upset when sombody says a diesel and 22.5s are stupid? That truck will be toting 3 of these little s10s all over the country and i wont give a fuck what anyone says about it.
Youve said what youve said, weve said what weve said, lets leave it there.

This is fucking stupid. I simply made a thread to show what was being done at a shop near me....

I'll be over at s10forum were there are a quite few more respectful/appreciative people. Good luck with this forum ever growing very big!
