    T56

Not into drag racing, but I've got a t-56 behind a 400+ HP LT4 in my pro touring blaze. We have 75 mph speed limits on the pikes. Nothing like pulling up behind somebody at 80 and grabbing 5th gear and disappearing.:smoker:

think Hot Rod Power tour ........ although there is some issues even in thier circles about what is essential to be a pro touring.

    Think driveable, an older car
    with modern suspension upgrades,
    fuel injected motor
    Air Conditioning prefered
    reasonable updates to a stereo

    H.R.P.T.

Bigjsp is right, the term "Pro Touring" is up for debate. Generally if you modify your ride with better braking, handling, acceleration, etc, its pro touring. I went on the Hot Rod Power Tour in 2002.
Best damn time I ever had. 7 car shows in 7 days in 7 different cities. The best part is the drive between the shows. 2000 Hot Rods strung out for hours. I plan on going this year in june.
Starts in Cleveland, Oh. June 2 ends in Little Rock, Ar. June 9.
