    They are holding up and havn't broke off yet so they are good welds. Just not as pretty as some can do.

    i welded a trailer hitch nut onto the crossmember where the hole is and screwed the ball into place works good

    2009 ford fusion

    I havent gotten picutres yet, but the sparks from the blocks were sooo much brighter than that. Brian Blocks = the shit!

    wow thats the most time ive ever seen anybody put into a drag bar, that looks amazing! will you tank cover be put to work on the asphalt too?

    heres my set up, worked good and lasted a really long time, they WERE 3 inches tall

    also metaldrp, you should weld the hitch ball nut to the plate so u only need one wrench and only access to the bottom side to change the balls out:bigthumb:

    Thanks for the comments bud!!! There was some definate time put into that drag bar set up. Trying to keep it so I can access all the bumper bolts aswell as getting the body mount bolts in and out. Most likely i'll weld the nuts to the plate but those aren't the balls i'll be running they were just ones laying around in the shop. As for the plastic cover I have no idea how it will fit I'll sticker on there and drag it... meh

    Check this guys out...they sell a bolt on drag mount kit
