    Lowering my x

    well I wanna lower my 01' X, just need a good site to order the stuff, everywhere I checked, says won't fif xtreme models. am I missing somthing? Just wanna do a 3/3 anything I should know??? thx..

    they have drop springs from the factory, you can get away with 2" spindles and 3" blocks for a 2/3 on top of the x suspension

    alrite, thx, so spindles and blocks it is, now I just need to know a good place to get them???? also anything I should know before I start?

    thx, it's funny though cuz I went there last night, (45 minute drive) and the dude I talked to acted like they didn't have anything for xtremes he kept saying it was different and all this. I'll just go back tomorow and talk to someome else. He confused me, lol

    bel-2102 is the spindles and bel-6202 is the angled 3 inch block. just look those part numbers up on their site. your confusing him by telling him its an X. all they know is 2001 Blazer

    alrite thx guys...sorry for the dumb questions, just started working on my 2nd gen, i'm just used to my 1st gen. So i'll prollay have a few more stupid questions for ya'll.

    when you get the spindles dont forget to notch your upper control arm for the caliper. If you dont anytime you turn you will hit it and lose brakes until you pump them. Also I dont think you need angled blocks. Straight ones should be fine.

    thought the rule anything 3 inches or more it was suggested to run a angled block. i could be wrong but ive seen others say it.

    I've been runnin' straight blocks on my Blazer for over 3 years now and haven't had a problem.
    Only thing 4 doors are good for is...1 car...

    xtreme with spindles and 4 inch angled blocks runs perfect for me !

    Hey guys, fairly new to this site...again been out of the S biz for a little while and into the Jeep scene. Any ways check the link to see a Belltech 2/3 spindle/blocks. You will have to clearance the upper control arm on the driver's side and in the rear you'll have to trim about 1.75 inches off the bump stops. Well it is good to see that the site is still full of members it has been about 3 years since the X, but am looking at another for about 13K with 22xxx miles on it. Thanks for checking the site out.
