Wow, that SUCKS! I might still work out something with you if are interested. Your stock wheels plus????......

Make me an offer if interested. I really want to drop down to a set of 17/18" or 18/19" Vette wheels.

Yea, thanks for the offer. I ended up going with 20'' x 8.5 American Racing Torq Thrust M's. Got four of them mounted on tires for 1500. . . I'll have to get that spare when I get more money. . .

DAMN! email me pictures of them on the truck. I was thinking about either those or the COY wheels that look just like them in polished aluminum. I have been wanting to see a set of the black ones mounted though. Nice choice!!

So Jason, I've pretty much scrapped the whole bagging idea. If I was to do it I would want to do it right (tubbing everything, 4 link) and I'm not cutting into my DD that much right now. I've got an 88 at home that I can bag and v8 swap whenever I get the truck back from my sister. I think on the X I'm going to run a 2/4 kit with SD's bolt in notch. After that I'll decide for sure what hood I want and that should be it. Down the road I'll get a set of headers. . . and if a blower pops up on ebay for cheap I'll grab it. I didnt want to settle for a shitty Air over leaf kit, and regret it.

sounds like a good plan, and good call on the air ride. I feel the same way, do it right or not at all. You will definitely want the notch with a 4" drop in the rear, but a 2/4 will make it sit level. Mine is exactly an inch higher in the rear now with the 2/3. We are going to have to get together for Carlisle for sure.

I got a couple of tricks up my sleeve before then though. Going to be changing the truck up quite a bit between now and then....

I decided on a set of wheels that looks a lot like your new set, only with more offest to accomodate the new axle swap that I am doing in a couple of weeks.......:bigthumb: Still waiting on pictures of those BTW.

Dont have the wheels yet, probably next friday. You are doing an axle swap? Dont you have 3.73 gears in your current one? If so, if you dont need those anymore are you selling them?

I am putting in an Explorer 8.8 with a 3.73 posi, sway bar, and Mustang Gt rear discs. I will be selling my whole axle (the 7.625" out of the Blazer) with 3.73 posi, sway bar, and all brake hardware included. It has the 12" LS1 F-body rear brakes on it w/ brand new slotted/drilled rotors and ceramic pads. About 1500 mi. on it since the brake and posi/gear swap. I will probably be asking $500 for it. Probably have it out in about 2 weeks. I am not picking up the new one until next weekend.

BTW, it's so funny that you picked those wheels. I need some help here now. Which one do you think would look better? I am leaning more towards the Antracite now....thanks to you.:bigthumb:
