15x8 wheels on front first gen

Are any of you running 15x8 inch rims on the front? I have an '86 2" drop spindles,1" drop springs. I am looking at getting a new set of wheels, thinking about getting 15x8 all the way around . I am going to be running a 225/60/15 tire,I know it will run on a 15x7,but I like the looks of the 15x8 wheel. What backspace will it take if I run 15x8?

I believe you cant run anything smaller than a 16" rim with drop spindles.

I have no idea what a 3/4 drop spindle is but im 99.9 % sure with his 2" drop spindle he wont be able to run anything below 16"rims.My 90-91 camero 16s still touched a little with my 2" DS.I used 1/8 spacers to fix that till I got my 20s.Whatever the case,id search alittle more to be sure,so you dont buy wheels that wont go on correctly.
