    The frame side pad is held on with three bolts too. Maybe becaude I have headers and ART arms its more accessable.

    pulling the manifold makes things alot easier. i just did a pair on a 2nd gen 4wd @ work. it is still a little bit of a pain. just soak the bolts alot with PB blaster before you attempt to take it off.

    and 2wd. the 4wd's and AWD's make things alot more complicated.

    o thats right theres a 3rd bolt that drops down by itself kinda under the oilpan...
