    body drop, steering shaft question

    i am having my truck body droped to the rockers and my question is.


    what am i supose to do with the steering shaft?

    im going V8 and i have ceramic headers that the shaft goes through.

    so can anyone help me? maybe some pics to?

    You're going to either need to move the steering column up and split it into a multi-piece column with a carrier, or get advance adapters slick fit headers and not worry about it :)

    advance adapters headers are what im gonna have to run.. since my headmans barely fit before the bodydrop... and no wheres near close now...

    I moved mine up 2" and used a mid 80s F150 steering shaft. Its really really really close, but it works.

    and i already have ceramic v8 headers. that is what i have to use.


    so i have to figure iut a way to get it to work.
