Has anybody used one? I need to polish the torq thrust II's on my blazer, and I'm considering buying one. I polished them by hand tonight, but I really think it's gonna take the muscle of a machine to get them where I want them.

Waste of money imo. For chrome wheels its ok to put a quick shine on them. But for bare aluminum, its no better then a rag and some elbow grease. If you want a mirror shine on bare aluminum you got to go with some cotton wheels on a air die grinder.

I use to do this for a living so my standards are extremly high, i guess for your average joe a drill and powerball with shine them enough though.

    but, thats my 2 cents

i usually do mine with a powerball and then go over the rim by hand with a rag to get all the crevices and areas i cant get with the ball. i dont use mothers polish though...
