    Transfer case ?

I have an 1988 4x4 S10 Blazer with the 2.8 V6. It has the 700r4 transmission. I am wanting to install a bone stock carb. 305 chevy with a 700r4 transmission. What would a transfer case to use with this setup. Also would I need to upgrade my front and rear axles. Thanks

    hibbity hubbity whatty?

are you asking what tcase to use? personally i think using a 4x4 tranny/tcase combo from a s series with a 4.3L drivetrain in it would be the easiest route, with the right motor mounts and setup you can run stock length driveshafts and tranny x members.

Your stock axles will be just fine considering your only gaining like 50hp with a carbed 305 compaired to a stock 4.3.
