got the motor out looks very good inside.bearings look brand new. crank rods and pistons are like new. was easy to take apart no sludge. may have been a new rebuild. taking the motor to machine shop for hot tank and new cam bearings, then building, oh balancing the crank to the new rods and pistons. too. got some new pics ill get them up.
im using a ported m 155 oil pump and ported main cap for flow. also cleaning up all oil passages in motor and painting the inside for oil drain back

I like where you're going with this. I can't wait to see the AFRs bolted up. I like the e85 setup too. Any power difference running e85 versus fossil fuel?
the turbo setup in the s10 is on e85. and i love it i started using e85 on my nos 355 and withing the 3rd pass i was going faster than either 112 or 114 on spray or motor. so im shure the blazer will love it.
decided to use a set of double humps for now just to get it running before winter. i ported them 8hrs each. and its back in the blazer now. just a few odds and ends to finish up. hope to have it running by the weekend.
ill post a few new pics when i wake back up.
