Ok so this is my new project

Allright guys, I think this is actually my first post! LOL

So here is the back story...

Got the blazer on a you fix it you can have it deal (Was sitting out on the horse ranch collecting rust dust and spiders).

all I had to do was jump it and it cranked right over! everything works!!!

YAY, so I drove that bish from San Antonio to Houston that night! next day I fixed some vacuum lines and took it for inspection! PASSED FIRST TRY!!!!!!!!

    Double YAY!!!

so here is a picture of it sitting at the ranch after I got it started and washed it...

Here is 24 hours later... Shaved roof rack and emblems...

    Plans for This weekend...

    Street seen mirrors (Freebie)
New set of toxic shocks (Freebie)
    3" inch Drop Coils (Freebie)
    3" inch Drop Blocks (Freebie)
    Clear Front Turn Signals (Freebie)
20" dayton wire wheels with nitto tires ($85 bucks)

    Stats for vehicle:
    1998 S-10 4dr Blazer
    4.3 V-6
    Power Locks
    Power Windows

in January I have it all lined out to get a step notch and tub the front end. (freebie)

also plan on finishing all the body mods by end of january (gas filler to rear tailight area) (shaved doors), (weld holes left by roof rack) fix any and all body damage.

Paint job should go on in February, thats also when I will install the leather interior and the wood bed..

Goal is to have the blazer finished for debut at TEXMEX '10!!!!!!

    here is the rendering!

actually the tails will be custom...

I am going to take some euro tails...

take off the clear outer shell ....

and replace the top red lense with the lens from a 56 chevrolet so that I can imitate these tailights...

the truck has 132,000 miles on it the last time the oil was changed was 5 years ago.

so in the past few days I have done:

    vacuum lines
    air filter
    seafoam
    oil
    oil filter
    fuel filter
    pcv valve
    Spark plugs

next on the list I have:

    radiator flush and refill
tranny oil change and tranny filter
    cap rotors and wires

    I think that covers it,

anything else you guys can think of that I should check/ do?
