Best way to pull the frame out?

Ok, so I've done some looking and searching and got a pretty good idea whats involved, but what is the best way to pull the frame out without messing up the paint or body? Maybe I'm looking at it all wrong, but if you jack it up how do you roll the frame out without your blocks being in the way?

    Thanks,
    90

lol..unless you have a lift, there is no good way to do it. My frame removal consisted of an engine hoist and some saw horses..lol
