    5/6 drop help

    So i wanted to know what else would be required in a 5/6 drop out side the springs spindles and blocks. Cause i am hearing i need to have a c notch done and something about my evap canister needing to be moved. I am a noob to dropping so i just wanted to get confirmation on whats needed.

    You're going to have zero suspension travel on the front.
    You will have to have a pretty healthy c-notch on the rear, plus you might be hitting the stock exhaust.

    Mines a 4/5, and I have about an inch of travel on the front and a couple inches in the rear with a c-notch. Let's just say I know where every dip, speedbump, and pothole is in town.

    Well know that I think about it I may just do a 4/4. Would a notch be needed on a 4/4, and do you think set back plates would be a good ideas for a 4/4 drop. And what size are your irocs and what's the tire specs.

    i had my truck for a little bit with a 4/4 drop and i didn't have a notch but when i went to a 5/6 like your talking about i did a c notch

    The set back plates are to center the rear wheels in the wheel well.

    The IROCs are from American Racing, 18x8. The tires are 245/45-18. It does rub barely at full lock, but it looks awesome.
