    supercharger questions

    whats better the centrifugal(turbo style) or the roots style?

    Dude that all depends on the engine. We can argue about superchargers all day but it all boils down to what works best with your engine setup. What do you plan on doing?

    which one gives more power and space wise i plan on a cowl induction hood as well

    You just slapping a blower on? You keeping the TBI or changing to a carb? Eather way with that you'd be better off with a centrifugal. Vortech or Procharger are good choices for 350's ...

    Are you doing any mods? Cam, forged bottom end, heads? If not a blower is just gonna give you headaches.

    I've always been told the roots style are more efficient, but I don't know that it would fit under the hood. I'm thrilled with the Eaton 90 roots style that's factory on my Buick, but I've also seen some badass implementations of vortech kits. It's up to you, how much work you want to do, and how much you want to spend.
