    Question Spindles

Whats the difference between the different brand of drop spindles? There's some major price differences but no difference in construction besides being powdercoated or not. From what I have read.... Asside from brand preference is there a better set?

DJM or Beltech are the way to go for the S-10's. You can save a few bucks by getting the Summit brand spindles, they're just repackaged DJM spindles...

Actually summit raised their prices the djm's are cheaper now at $150(summits are $182). Are there any concerns with wheel offset? I plan on eventually putting 15x8" wheels with 4.5" BS up front unless told to do otherwise.

I know the belltech spindles widen the track width by 1/4" on each side.

it pains me to say it, but I've got chassis tech spindles on the blazer too, right about 10 years as well with no problems. w

If I had to do it again, I'd probably pick up the DJM's since they're aparantly the best priced ones out there right now, and I've had good luck with their parts in the past..

If it's a 2wd you can go with 3" springs and drop blocks. That would be the cheapest way by far. Just remember that you'll still need an alignment after you're done with the install.
