Diff between blocks and leaf springs

I'm going to lower my 93 With belltech keys in the fornt but what is the best thing to put in the rear looking to go cheap

When installing the keys do the need to be put in backwards am I going to need to rent the puller tool and what do I do with the adjuster screws looking for a 3 in drop I did read the torsion bar trick but still am confused...

If you want cheap the blocks are way cheaper than springs.

If you're going to use the keys then you don't need to put them in upside down....
