    newer zq8 wheels on 1st gen

    any one else have a set? all i could find was alanky on his s10 but most of the pics are red x's now.

    Im deciding between some z28 wheels, or zq8 wheels to start my project off. any one got pics post some up

    Are the zq8's the same as the camaro rs wheels? I thinks the only difference is the center caps. If that's the case there are a ton of those 91ish rs camaro's in the junkyards these days. I actualy was looking at a set at my local pull it yourself yard. But my opion would be zq8 all way.

    ive found both on craigslist and on another local forum. i just want to see a good pic with the zq8 on a first gen. i can find pics with thr camaro wheels and the zq8s on 2nd gens all day...

    and i do like the other zq8s if i could find any.

    I love the style of the newer ZQ8's but finding them around where I live in the boondocks is hard. but atleast I know alot of people won't have the same wheels. (around my area that is)

    Crappy old cell pic but i think its the only picture i have. on my 88 as i was fixing it up, Newer zq8, chrome caps and chrome lug covers from ebay.

    Rapid Ron, how low are you in the rear? What setup is the rear?

    -3" + -3" + 1/4" = 5.75 drop.
    In that pic, the rear tires are 235-55-16.

    Thank ya sir, looked even better once i shaved some stuff and put some 20's on it.

    That was a 3" belltech drop. 3" coils front, 3" blocks rear. 235/60/16 kumhos.
