    rear hop shock

    anyone know or tried to see if the truck hop shock will work on the blazers?

    in stock form a hop shock is no where close to fitting on a blazer. however it would be simple to get a shock and fab up a bracket.

    just an fyi the hop shock isnt a shock at all. its a damper. just like you find on the front steering system of a 4x4

    It looks pretty good. I like that they are working on a bolt on axel mount so you don't have to weld the bracket on. That way if you sell or trade your truck you can take it off and put it on the new one.

    that still wont fit a blazer. And for that price you would be better off making one yourself. Its probably 20 dollars in steel and a damper that im sure you could get a 4x shop if you cant find a replacement for an s10

    why wont it fit the blazers?

    I'm talking with the guy that makes them to see about getting these for the blazers, not sure how many would be interested in them???

    i was just thinking about that what makes them diffrent from just a regular shock? pressures diffrent or do they dampin while collapsing and extending or what?
