    stock throttled body

    Not that this will do that much, but I had some time and found a TB in the junkyard and decided to port and polish it out. A company on Ebay sells these and claim they are ported out bigger than stock but you can only go as big as the upper manifold and I'm not paying for a stock modded TB when I can do it myself. I also removed the metal blocker plate from the back side of the butterfly

    I'll get some before pictures when I change out my stock one.

    There is a small lip inside that I ground out and smoothed then polished the inside down to 2000 grit and buffed it out, I need to sand some more out and polish it again, but this is where I am now

    did some more work, it's about time to swap out the stock for the modded


    cut the top half of the trottle bar off, cut down the torq screws, and put a blade edge on the top of the butterfly
